Always have a wonderful experience everytime I go. I won't stop blabbing about how great of a job these people do. No matter which tech you get! They're all great.

They made a customer for life. Brought my daughter with me for a girls day out. They were awesome and did such a good job on our pedicures. They were patient with my daughter who has ADHD, and made it so much fun for her too!! Telling everyone I know to go there!!!

Well.... sweet nails is under new owner. I can’t attest to their services or the new technicians (which were very nice to me when I walked in confused) but I had my nails done for my birthday a weekish ago and they were starting to peel up (probably the new code of GermX after every patient I see) Anyway, I went in to have them fixed because it had literally been 9 days. The new management would not fix my nails from the week before because they bought the place on Monday and it was Wednesday. They told me to pay to have them re-done (another $50ish). Y’all, help me out, if sweet nails had a policy and you’re still sweet nails with the same policy just different owner shouldn’t you hold up your end of the policy of the company you bought name and customers in-all? Not smart business choices. I used to be a regular, but that’s not the service I want to invest in. Again might be great technical services but I’m pretty bummed. ISO: Lynn or Kevin.
