I get they are busy and overwhelmed, all the workers always do a great job but stop letting multiple people make appointments at the same time then make people wait an hour after their appointment to even start. Other then that i like this place

Drive an hour to bring the girlfriend here. Had a 10am appointment and the tech does not show up until 10:15. When he does show up, he pulls up another client and starts her nails. Girlfriend comes here on a regular basis with an appointment and the same routine seems to happen the last 3 visits. Poor customer service, looking for new nail salon now.
