Male tech was rude and yelled at me! I showed a photo of the nails I wanted he said it can be done. Half way through when I kindly mentioned I was supposed to get a dip and design he proceeded to staye he is not able to do that design and I will just get a gel polish. I did not agree to this so he scolded me in front of a salon full of patrons, the owner was called over and he decided to ignore me and leave. A sweet lady did intervene on my behalf however was told that is what you get because they have other people to work on and I don't have to ever return.

I love the friendly staff and good prices. My nail tech did a thorough job without skipping any steps, & im very happy with them, they look natural! I asked for inbetween coffin and square shaped nails. The picture is from the next day.
