The owner is extremely humble and super nice. If you don’t like seeing only one person work and don’t like to be patient, don’t come at all. She’s struggling hiring people because nobody wants to work so it’s the owner on her own. She does great work and is very knowledgeable with nails. She told me stuff I have never even known about, like why my nails turn yellow after pedicures, blisters on feet, and more. She does a good job and I have to give her an applaud for doing it all on her own.

There was only one lady working. We were the first in the salon. We asked for a pedicure and manicure. Two other people came in after us and asked for a pedicure. The lady completed our pedicure first (rushed job, not what I’m use too) and then went on to complete the other pedicures. Leaving us waiting for our manicures. I asked why we had to wait and she stated that the other people can’t wait. I didn’t like how unprofessional that was if we arrived first to keep us waiting and if there was an appointment before us, she should have said so and not just have us waiting.

The Nail Tech was nice but I was extremely disappointed. There was only one Nail Tech she overbooked and I sat with my feet soaking for a good hour. Then she rushed through the pedicure and manicure. My nails were all in even from the filing my feet and my hands the Polish bubbled up all nasty because she poured polish remover in one of the polishes that I wanted instead of just asking me to pick a different color because that one was pretty much gone. Mind you I was asked to come back an hour after I showed up and still ended up sitting for at least an hour.
