Worst place to get your nails done. I went there a week ago to have them remove the current color I had on my nails and replace it with gel polish. There was no price list and when I had asked, it appeared as though she made the price up in her head. They kept asking me about my accent and when I did not reveal my country of origin, they got frustrated and stopped interacting with me. I told the lady with the grown out blonde color in her hair that the nails were smudged but the did not listen and even got more frustrated. She charged me $60 for the nail polish only. And when I asked the reason for the price she said because I did not get the full set done in her store. I called in the next day hoping to get someone else on the phone to verify the price. The person told me it was $40 and hung up without saying goodbye. 2 days later, the color came off, although gel polish is meant to last a good few weeks. I went back around 6.30pm and knocked on the door (as the door often locked for fear of certain people of color breaking in as it was a bad neighborhood-no comment). She saw me and went to the back. She did not open the door. I really needed those same colors she had just put on my nails 2 days before so I came back yesterday early in the morning. I asked her why she did not open the door the day before when she clearly saw me and she said they do not take any customers after 6.30 which is a lie because the first time I was there, it was 6.45pm. I told her to fix my nails which she reluctantly did. She then told me that her clientele was predominantly wealthy and had were well- spoken and that she does not think she can satisfy me at her store. I asked her if that was a polite way to tell me not to come back and she nodded. This is the MOST RACIST AND INAPPROPRIATE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED IN MY 7 YEARS OF LIVING IN BATON ROUGE. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Great place. My 91 year old mother had a great experience here. We will go back.

The people that work there are really sweet, honest, and, attentive people. They even recommend what's best for you, if you're unsure what to get. Please go see for yourselves. You won't regret the experience (they also serve wine :)) I'm now a lifelong customer!

LOVED the service!!!! I got a pedicure and fullset. My nails are GORGEOUS!!!! IM beyond satisfied
