Worst experience ever. I came here with my daughter for Mother’s Day and was expecting something completely different than what I received. I told them exactly what I wanted in the before services were rendered. I went ahead and paid for everything first. That was a big mistake. The lady did my feet and put no effort in making me feel comfortable. They started doing something to my nails that I did not ask for. When I said something they told me I needed to pay $25 more than what I had already paid for a service I made clear that I wanted from the very beginning. Irritated and aggravated I went ahead and payed it so I could hurry up and go. I’ve never experienced horrible customer service in my life. I will not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

This was my first time going to Nails & Tan. Initially, I was unsure if I would like it. I’m very picky about my nails. The empoloyees were friendly to my friend and I and our service was not rushed. I got a dip polish ombré for the first time and was very impressed. Last min, my friend decided she wanted to get her eyebrows done (although it was past closing time) and they did so politely. Will be coming back.

I visited this shop due to the fact that my original nail tech was out of the country and this place was close to home. I requested a pink and white fill in and they insisted on just doing a pink fill although my white tips had grown out passed my original nail line. I had also broken a nail and removed it completely a week prior to visiting so, there was one full repair. The nail that they applied was uneven (very lumpy) and a couple days later I noticed that my nail bed was starting to turn yellowish orange under the artificial nail. Not to mention the fact that, for whatever reason, the surfaces of the artificial nails were becoming dingy. I thought about returning to have them remove the nail that they applied but am concerned that perhaps their equipment is not sanitary and I am concerned that they could make it worse. I am not under the impression that the discoloration is due to water getting under the nail because of the fact that there was no time for the nail to lift unless it was applied poorly. I have had plenty of situations in which my nails had begun lifting and I could clearly see water getting under them every time I washed my hands however, I NEVER developed ANY discoloration prior to visiting this shop.
