Jon Charles is an excellent salon from the color to the cuts and blowouts. I have seen several different people here and they all are wonderful. I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Been here twice each time with a different stylist and both did a great job! If you want something just a bit more expensive than a fantastic Sam's to get an actual nice cut this is a good option. There's an Uptown and an Wayzata location.

I bought a groupon for ten foils, hair cut, deep conditioning. I made an appointment @Jon Charles in uptown. I spent three hours at the salon. I ended up doing partial highlights and had to pay for an upcharge. Color turned out ok. The haircut on the other hand was exactly what I chatted to the stylist and told her I didn’t want. She ended up getting another more experienced stylist to help fix it. The hair cut ended up being very choppy.
I am very disappointed in this place. If you end up going here, make sure to make an appointment with a more experienced stylists. Both of the stylists that worked on my hair had about a year or year and half of experience, thus the end result was not great.
I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was super excited to get a recommendation to go to Jon Charles in Uptown from a friend... Close to home and I have heard only great things until I got there. I went in for a haircut and left with 2 different length and of course I couldn't tell until I got home and washed the curls out to realize it. My hair is super choppy and I wanted a blunt cut... but now there is no going back my hair is a MESS. To top everything off the front desk staff was very rude and rushy the whole time.

Best. Blow-Outs. EVER!!!! Great products, and great service! This is the only salon I'll go to.
