Today is Sunday 12/2 at 10:30 am. I got to this nail salon at around 945 and waited in my car till 9:58... Google hours says they are open today at 10am. The door on the establishment says the same.
A woman pulls up and goes to the door, sees it's still locked and they were suppose to be open 30 min ago. She gets on her phone and calls her nail technician that works at this unprofessional establishment and they tell her that they are not coming in today......
Wow! I have no words to Express how I feel beside being extremely annoyed and disappointed. Their excuse was that they are not going to be open the last Sunday of each month. But today is the first Sunday of the month so that's completely BS too.
What a waste of time. This place is a joke.

Worst experience ever. Old, cheap polishes. Had a gel mani/regular pedi done by Marianela. Rude, unprofessional, and laughed while eating food as she had me file my own nails because she didnt know what the shape “square” was. Didn’t file my toes after I asked her to. Sloppily applies base coat on toes and hands. Pedi wasn’t too bad but in less than a week, almost half of my toes were chipped. Gel mani was the same. Didn’t come out bad at first, but a few days later I noticed bubbles, a few chipped nails, and splitting.
