I was a first time customer, picked out a polish, and they sat me in a pedicure chair to wait for someone to come help me. I was hoping for at least a foot soak while waiting, but sadly the didn't fill the water while I waited. No big deal, 10 minutes goes by, and another customer is clearly upset. They apparently overcharged her for something. Instead of caring about this customer, they laughed and mocked her. She left very upset and while they continued to laugh, I decided to leave too. Went over to Martin's Nails 5 minutes away. They were very friendly and helped me right away.

Best acrylic nails of my life! I was a little concerned with how long my nail stylist was carving on my nails, but she was thinning the acrylic so they weren’t so bulky like most acrylic nails. After 24 hours of experiencing thin acrylic nails, I’m so excited with these. I can scratch!! I have been running my nails on my skin since I left the shop. Thank you! This is my new nail place!!

On my husbands account but visited there last Friday and received A nasty infection on my big toe! Been there a couple times before and service was good you definitely get what you pay for. This time around it was the worst I’ve experienced will never go back again.

The worst french manicures I have ever had. My daughter wanted to treat me for mother's day. She made a reservation (we were not a walk-in). The lady I got, was the main lady that answered the phone every time it rang, greeted and got the walk-in's situated etc. It was busy, because it was the day before mother's day with alot of walk-ins. So she must have stopped and started my nails at least 10 times. But when you have an apt. it was very rude, and the job she did on my nails reflected her lack of attention. She was in a hurry to get my daughter and I out as soon as they could so they could take more customers that were walking in. Bad customer service for the people that actually planned their Mani-pedi! Won't go back again.
