I had an awful experience here. The front staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers. When I walked in they saw me, kept talking for a bit, eventually said "Hi" and then blankly stared at me. They never asked if I had an appointment or what I needed, the woman just eventually looked at her appointment book, said my name, and pointed me to a stylist.
My stylist, Edison, did a terrible job. He kept getting water in my ears while washing my hair, which was extremely uncomfortable. He also did not listen to what I wanted, and ended up shearing off a large amount of my hair trying to even it out. I had to get my hair fixed at another salon because it was so choppy and uneven. The stylist that fixed it was appalled at what had been done to my hair at Wild Iris Salon.
I do not recommend this place at all. Groupon refunded my money because I needed to pay for a proper haircut. Do not go here, even at a discounted rate. It would be better to go to Great Clips or Supercuts than to this place.
