I was a regular at this place until today. I went in and they were busy. A lady starts on my nails and then all of a sudden gets someone else to do my nails. The guy who is now doing my nails rushes so that he can go finish someone else's nails. Then when I commented that paint was missing on the side and my thumb nail was too wide they blamed it on the fact that my nails were short. They left polish on my finger skin and left it off of the actual nail. Seeing that I was upset, the lady who originally started my nails filed my nails with the gel polish on them and then told me I was done, failing to paint over where she filed to reshape the nail. I was so disappointed.

Fair prices at new salon. Friendly staff, tons of gel colors, rarely much waiting time, OPEN SUNDAYS! Right off I-75 Bushnell exit.

I have never had such an unprofessional and completely disappointing nail salon experience. The ladies were rude and acted like everything was an issue, mind you I only got white tip acrylic. Once I was done my nails were crooked and the acrylic was lumpy and just completely atrocious. Will never go back here.
