Absolutely hands down the best group of people around!!! Fantastic at their jobs, truly quality work and a caring environment. The manicures and pedicures are always top notch. Kim does a fantastic job at waxing, the wax does not make me break out and she uses a spray that numbs the area first that truly helps ease the pain. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! It's like family! They greet you by name when you walk in and do their best to make you feel welcome.

Had Kim do my pedicure and she does a super job. So polite and very friendly. She did a great job for my 3 yr old daughter as well. My husband goes with me and loves Thugs. He says she does a great job massaging his legs and feet. Great place and good prices for the service provided. Great job ladies!

You may not notice it as you drive along Gender Rd, but make it a point to check it out. Welcoming and friendly staff, yet very respectful if you do not want to just relax. They do not push for the cross-selling other services. The salon is new, so it is sparkling clean, but this professional staff will keep it that way. I felt really comfortable. Best part - the paraffin wax on my heels...heaven!

I’ve been here twice now and I absolutely love it! I’ve never rushed home to write a review about any establishment but Thugs did such an amazing job with my nails! I got coffin nails that were relatively short and he made them look amazing! And Thugs was very gentle and took his time to make sure my nails looked perfect. He even clipped my cuticles since they needed it. I wasn’t getting a manicure. Just a fill. And he also gave me tips on how to condition my cuticle. I’m very happy with this place and I’m going to try to go to Thugs as much as possible.

Truly great team here. Everyone is friendly, attentive and polite. Great customer service. Shout out to Nina who does a terrific, creative job on my nails. And I'm not easy to please.
