So the worst service we have had in a nail shop. After a business meeting my friend and I decided to get mani-pedi close by and it's was disaster for us. Each nail tech failed to do the basic service well. We had to constantly ask for the simple things to be corrected and we paid this shop more than the usual. We left disappointed so we each gave much larger tip to be a blessing to technician who refused to complete our request knowing that we wouldn't return.

If I could comment with NO star I would. A gel fill was a joke. Thick and tacky! I ask for a natural "look" I got a Lee press on look! Aweful!
