It seems more and more that we find ourselves living in the fine print. If something goes wrong or not what you expected, there’s always someone to point to some rule just to have some leverage no matter what. Luckily the Junction is far from words in fine print. I made a mistake when booking a pedicure for myself and for a friend’s birthday online so when I showed up the host pointed to my mistake which left us bummed out. Well, the host took it upon herself to talk to the staff and was able to squeeze us in with the 2 fantastic nail techs, CiCi and Carlos, the staff was warm, the drinks were cold and the overall experience was sensational. What could have turned out to be an exercise in regret turned into something better than expected. The folks at The Junction are top notch accommodating professionals so don’t go anywhere else but here!

I was referred to this salon by one of my best friends and I've had Hayley cut my hair for over a year now. She always does a fantastic job. I couldn't be happier with the service I've recieved at the Junction.

I really enjoyed my entire experience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wish they had been a little more tangible with their pricing online. I will likely go back though because Emily was fantastic.

Horrible customer service! I have been to The Junction a few times for a haircut and manicure and have never been very impressed (only went because of close location to my office) but today was definitely my last time ever going. I booked an appointment online and received a call shortly after letting me know the stylist had to go home because of a sick child. I completely understood and re-booked with Rhonda. I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early, only to find Rhonda had just begun another haircut. I asked the receptionist if indeed she had just began the haircut and was assured that she had not, but instead was already done with the cut and was just washing the guys hair. So for the next 25 minutes I sat there and watched Rhonda give this dude a haircut (the receptionist told me a bold face lie)! My original appointment was scheduled at 12:30 for 1 hour. I knew I had to be out the door by 1:30 to get back to my office for an afternoon meeting. At 12:50 Rhonda was still cutting this guys hair. I ended up having to cancel my appointment. The receptionist just said "sorry".
I understand people run late, etc. but I have a slammed schedule and when I make an appointment, I am expect to be seen on time. Having a client wait 25 minutes and you cant even come over and tell them that you are sorry you are running late is COMPLETELY unacceptable.
Side note, the nail techs are TERRIBLE with gel. By far the worst manicures I have ever received.

Not at all worth the almost $80 I paid for a mediocre haircut.
Awkward atmosphere. I feel silly for ever paying this much for a haircut that grew back out in 3 weeks.
I feel like this place charges more for the novelty of being able to drink a beer while having your haircut.
Someone could use the same concept in a trailer park. Miller lite and haircuts, yeeehaw.
