Been to EVERY, and I mean EVERY Nail Salon in town. I'm used to perfection in Tacoma, so I'm super picky. Crystal Nails is the closest to the most quality experience.

October 11, 2017 I went in to get a fill and was pleased that the rude guy is now gone. I love the original Crue and am glad they are back. I love the gentle and kind treatment. My nails look great. Thank you.

The ladies and one of the guys that work there are very nice, but the other guy is the rudest person I ever seen! He did my nails like he was in a hurry to get it done! He filed them some square some round, I had to ask him to file them all the same and he did not seem very happy about it! He was not gentle when moving my hand around! When I paid, he kinda throw the receipt in my direction! Worst customer service ever! I've been like 5 times to that place. First time I felt like my presence over there was not welcome! My friends and I will find another place to get out nails done!
