At first I was ok with my nails. They was cute when done with them. I got the dipping powder and I had them done on a Friday they started cracking from me was dishing Saturday morning so I went back for a redo and they did do service for free but wasn't even 3days and all of them started chipping and cracking so I had to get my nails done elsewhere fast. My had starting looking bad like the service was done several weeks ago...

I absolutely love this place. I will not go anywhere else, because the service here is so great. The women are super sweet and Helen and Cathy are by far my two favorites. They both do beautiful dips and I will never go to another place as long as I live in DFW.
Edit: I used to love this place before the current management bought it. I went in for a dip shortly after the business was sold (and I didn’t know at the time that it got sold) but the guy who did my dip was great but his quality of dip was questionable. I never had a nail break in half when the old people did my nails. Won’t be back cause if I’m going to pay $40 for my dip I want it to last the full month.

They did the dip on me and left huge gaps between my nail and the dip. Some nails were super thick too. I asked them to fix so I wouldn't get fungus and they refused. When I went and saw my dr she told me i need to get them removed immediately. I went back asking for them to remove them and to get my money back since I only had them on for 2 days. They would only remove them but refused to reimburse me or to correct them. The manager by the way is the one who messed them up. My husband and I cannot afford to do spoil ourselves very often. So disappointed it was wasted on this experience. Will never come back here or recommend to anyone. Manager was so rude the whole time and unapologetic for her mistake.

Left me with scalding water in foot bath, took asking 3 people to correct it so I could soak. Tub next to me literally overflowed cause no one was paying attention. Toddler screaming at mom, rolling up and down path on rolling stools with tunes on phone turned up too loud. Waited 45 minutes to start pedicure, and never had anyone come to do my manicure. Person checking me out couldn't be bothered to put her iPhone down. Just said we are short handed. They should have told me that before they said they could do the services. Just not what it used to be.

Y'all I've been going here for YEARS and I love coming here.... Best nail salon in this area for sure, clean, friendly staff... management has changed but not the salon, services or staff. The salon is BEAUTIFUL, too! ❤️
