I have come to this nail shop about 4 times and I finally thought I had a place where I could come in the regular because I’m new to this area. I will not come back here ever. The young lady Phoebe did an awesome job the first time few times and today when I went in she made my nails uneven, she did a sloppy job with the nail color, she didn’t push my skin back so when she filed my nails she made me bleed. She put so much nail polish on they looked like gum was on my nails. I went to pay and I expressed to the guy in the front how unhappy I was and he was like well u picked the color, we can take your nails off if you don’t want to pay. I had them take the color off. I asked if I could get another color and I was told I’d have to pay for a nail color change. I have never had this happen to me. I will never be back.

I recieved a gift card for Mother's Day from this place. This is the ONLY reason I went. I just got a refill from my regular nail tech last week. I only wanted a color change on my nails. She charged me 25 for the color change (but the person I was with got gel polish also for 15)... She kept asking if I wanted a refill ...NO I DON'T NEED ONE... But filed some of the nails to the point of needing a refill. Then the help on my toes was messed up. Peeled on 2 of my toes . didn't notice til I got home. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

I went in last Saturday and received a full set and a toe polish. My nails were horribly done. Not even a week later 2 were cracked. Went back today and was charged $20 because the polish job was that horrible I needed them repolished and now the other hand is damaged. This was a waste of money and time to keep paying for an obviously faulty half done set.

After a week, all my polished chipped and 7 nails were lifting, after i suggested nina to use a base coat with her telling me my nails would be fine all of the gel polish chipped called a week later and they said there is nothing they would do. TERRIBLE SERVICE

they probably ripped me off i paid 75 for clear nails with just glitter and a fee butterflies on it. i feel like that was too high when i know there are other places i can go for less than that. they ok
