I can NOT remember the mans name, that day he was answering the phone, but he did an amazing job! He took his time to shape & smooth out the edges (so I wouldn't scratch my baby)

Vicky is the best and the only person I trust with my eyebrows even after moving 35 minutes away.

I've been coming here for years. I love this place. Especially Vicky and Vincent they are both perfectionists. If you want something changed they will do it for you. Water whole you wait. They are a bit old and dingy but way better than other places I've been to.

Per USUAL: had an appointment, showed up EARLY only to be told "you're early, just sit & wait" rather rudely by the male manager.... ummm, EARLY is a good thing: so people aren't waiting... that said, 10 mins passed my appointment time, NO apology but rather a rude eye roll with "STILL gotta wait" = uh, NO. NO I DON'T HAVE TO WAIT and left.
Appointments are made because time is valuable. In the 3 visits I made: This place NEVER honors appt times & is filthy and unorganized With dust & junk everywhere. I'm honestly surprised the Health Dept hasn't come by.
