It looked like a 7 year old tried to put a nail polish on my nails. I used to go there regularly, they would make you wait for 2 hours before they let you see someone and rudely say "Go shopping at HEB and come back later".
I even tried making an appointment ahead of time several times and they still didnt respect my time, and let other walk ins to be served right away.
Not even mentioning the time while getting my eye brows done, the lady just finished smoking her cigarette, didnt even washed her hands or anything and I had to smell her cigarette smell the entire time(and im a smoker, it wasnt pleasant) and on top of it all, my eyebrows came out so thin, and my entire face was red as a tomato.
Yeap! Will never step my foot there again!!!! Dont waste your time and money

I called and asked if they had dip powder in a glow-in-the-dark color, and they said yes. However when I got there I was given acrylic colored powder. When the nail tech set up her supplies I recognized the light purple liquid and asked her if it was acrylic, to which she said no. As she used the powder, the bottle moved and I saw that it was labeled as acrylic. If they did not have that option I would’ve rather they said so, and gone with a different color as a nail dip option rather than a colored acrylic powder that is more likely to damage my nails. I’m not sure why they lied , I would’ve paid $45 either way.

How is this place even OPEN!? I went in today for a basic pedicure and the lady did a great job... However, at check out she SCAMMED me. Upon arrival she opened the menu and asked, what scent would i like? I said, it's not extra? She nodded her head and I assumed it was included. That woman knew exactly what she was doing!!!! It would've been nice to say, if I'd like to ADD a scent... rather than, What scent do you want? At check out it was 35.00. I said, no ma'am a basic pedi is 25. She said remember the jasmine? I said, I'm sorry ma'am but you said there wasn't extra charge. She grabbed her manager and when they ran my card they charged me 45.00!!! I said, how does it go from $25, to 35 and 45? I kindly explained it wasn't right how they scam their customers. All eyes were on me and when I called them out they gave me $10 back. I honestly was upset over someone taking advantage of me this way.That entire situation didn't feel right. Also, I noticed they gossip about their customers and some of The workers seem to be racist. Something to observe if you ever decide to get work done. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!
