Told me my appointment was at 12:30 get there and they tell me it was at 12:00. He sits back down doesn't even ask if I want to wait. So I say are you going to do my nails or what. So I said well I'll go somewhere else. He says you can if you want. But never did ask if I wanted to wait. Never have I seen a place like this not ask if I wanted to wait.

I go in every two weeks for a fill and they do a great job!

My nails was amazing. But I got a super bad nail infection from them. Now my nail is falling off. I won't be going back. They obviously don't clean their equipment properly.

The pedicure was good I received good service but the manicure was subpar. Didn't know how to do a simple ombré so had to get a plain color and was slightly painful receiving my acrylics. They also were chunky and were shaped crooked. Not looking forward to getting a manicure done there again. I would get a pedicure there again, however.
