Quality of service is too dependent on which person you get. Last time asked for specific person when I made appointment, but got someone else. Easy to get to and plenty of parking, but they need to work on communication with customers.

I have been going here for over a year. I like this place for how clean it is compare to other places I had gone before. What I don’t like is how pushy most of the manicurists are to get you to go for a more expensive service. They do it in a disrespectful way somehow making fun of how bad your feet and hands look like and how much you need to do more ... and they would not let it go till you give in. And if you don’t give in, which I don’t most of the time, they act unhappy and make you feel uncomfortable and start talking to each other in their native language and laugh. I have been putting up with this giving them a benefit of doubt because as I said the place is very clean and the work is just ok and it is very close to my house. But yesterday I went there with my daughter for a mani and pedi and I was very mad at myself to let this happen to me again. She was very pushy and after I finally said ok to move to the service #2 (she kept asking me to go with #3) she still didn’t look happy and didn’t even do the things that were included. One of my nail polish got messed up as soon as I got home. I have to go back there and ask her to redo it today. My new year resolution is to never go back there again.

Last time I was there it was great. Today I went with my husband and son. We were overcharged because they did not do what we paid for. They rushed us and I should not have tipped them. We won't be back.
