The absolute worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I clearly explained what I wanted my nails to look like, even showed a picture to the gentleman doing my nails. I even asked him to confirm he could meet my expectations, if not then I’d just do a no chip and be done. Of course, he assured me he could do it. Soon as he started with the acrylic/gel I knew he had no clue what he was doing. I kept telling him he wasn’t doing what I asked for...he kept telling me he wasn’t done yet. When I asked for a manager I was told there wasn’t one. I left there with nails that look like they were done my a child, Cuticles destroyed by his lack of knowledge, and my fingers sore for several days following this visit. This place should be shut down! The salon is filthy disgusting, staff is less than skilled, and never once did I see anyone using tools that had been cleaned and sanitized. Apparently no one actually runs the place which is plenty obvious.

I showed them a picture of what I’ve wanted and had high hopes unfortunately the man was very rough with me and ended up making my nails hurt for the rest of the day. The shape and length were wrong sadly. Wouldn’t come back.

They took me at the last minute and gave me a lovely manicure. Very friendly technician!

For years I used to come here monthly for a mani/pedi but about a year ago I had a few horrible experiences. I always felt pressure to buy buy buy but this one time it was horrible. That plus a painful experience and a horrible toe nail infection days after my pedi, I started going less. Thinking everyone had bad days, I gave them another try. The woman cut my foot when her instrument slipped. After that I didn't return. Until today when my husband wanted to go. Horrible. The man cut my toe, didn't push my cuticles, was nasty when I didn't want a more expensive spa pedi. I cancelled my mani and let him finish my pedi. In fact he's finishing now and you can tell he's hurrying to do someone getting something more expensive done. I will never come back here. Last year I found Zen,it's further away by like 3 miles and it's cheaper, cleaner and calmer. I work in OSHA and was happy to see they way they clean the tub and instruments. The fact that this place doesn't have adequate sterilization visible should have been a clue not to come here. This was my fault for coming back and giving them a second, third and fourth chance to make it right.
