I had a blow out scheduled for 2pm today, when I arrived they said my appointment was for 11am and she had already left for the day. No apologies, no asking me to reschedule. Not sure how she heard 11, when I clearly said 2pm. Completely unprofessional.

My girlfriend gets her brows done here and she likes it a lot. Location could be better and more “up to date” but it’s the city so what do you expect.

Worst service! Had a blow out booked. The hairdresser was extremely rude, was very rough, pushed my head around roughly and rudely. Did a terrible job! When asked to fix the hair- started speaking rudely instead of listening to the customer- started blaming me for wanting this and that. Rude staff all around. They have no understanding of customer service!
