Great customer service! Attentive workers. I went in with a picture of the product I wanted - without the name of the brand. They were able to identify the brand and found exactly what I wanted. I was very grateful!

Customer service so bad, this actually the second time in the store and I almost left my stuff at the counter because I hate when people go to their job and treat their customers as an inconvenience. Really bad this girl would not even face me and kept rushing me to pay while I was asking about some earrings at the counter .. I will not let them mess my Sunday but had to say something

I went to Sallys today looking for something to make my hair not look so dry, but I had nothing specific in mind. It is more the service that I received that I did not like. I have been to this sallys before and there was no problems at all but this time was very different. When I walked in the store there was an employee with short purple hair standing behind the cash register. She said hello and asked me if there was anything that she could help me with, just the regular little spill they usually give. I said no thank you I'm just gonna look around. I went to the part of the store where I knew they would have things for my hair. I could hear the employee moving around the store. At first I was thinking oh shes just doing her job. Not even a minute later she finds me ask again if there is anything she can help me with. I know that she hadn't forgot about just asking me because I was the only one in the store. After that it seemed like everytime I moved she moved. I was looking at the nail polishes when she opened the backroom door and started talking loudly to another employee. Im guessing the other employee asked her to do something and she said that she couldn't because I was there. I felt like she was following me around the store and now it feels like she saying that I'm interrupting her by trying to shop there. I was in the store maybe 5 minutes and I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I went to sallys because it was convienent, not because it was the best place that I could think of for me to go. After this experience I will not be returning because I do not spend my hard earned money in places where people don't appreciate my business. If I could give a 0 stars I would.
