I have been coming to this place off and on for 6 years. Today I went in for several services. I asked for a tip to be put on my big toe nails (I have had this done every summer for years-including a month ago) and was told no. I asked again, and was told no again. I waited 5 minutes and asked again and for the third time was told no. I finally got firm and said I didn’t understand what the problem was. The nail technician acted horribly towards me as if my request was completely unreasonable. I was completely embarrassed to have had to argue to have my request complied with in front of a completely full salon. If the customer is willing to pay for what they are asking for and it is a service you offer, what is the problem? So much for customer service and what was supposed to be a relaxing Friday afternoon pedicure!!!

Very nice atmosphere. I went in for a fill-in and it was a very pleasant experience.
