I've never had a pedicure before because my feet are really sensitive. My tech ,Tracy was AWESOME! To made me feel relaxed and was very gentle with my feet.
My nail tech did a great job on my nails.
My entire experience was Phenomenal. If you are looking to pamper yourself or a loved one, I HIGHLY recommend this salon.

I usually never have any issues when coming here but today I had a terrible experience. The tech I had (Tien) was very rough when removing my previous acrylics. I had to ask her to stop multiple times because she kept cutting through to my nail bed. During the application process I showed her how long I wanted my nails, but it didn’t really matter because she filed the tips off completely and filed until it reached my actual nail. I basically have acrylic only on my real nails there’s no length at all. Along with this, none of my nails are the same length and some of them are even crooked. I wanted to come home and soak them off since I don’t like them, but she cut my cuticle area with the nail drill so I’m unable to soak them in acetone :(
I just recommend going to another tech DO NOT go to Tien. I’ve had great experiences in the past and don’t want anyone else to go through what happened to me.

Tom did a great job on getting done what I asked for. He did my nails just like in the picture I showed him, took his time on details.
