They took awesome care of my 90 year old great grandmother, they gave her a wonderful experience for her first time getting her nails professionally done.

Above my expectations. Nguyen spent quality time on my dip nails. Hard work ethic and kind. I will be a repeat customer.

First time in 17 months for pedi/mani. Thought I would try Myan. Heard it was very good. Called just to schedule an appointment, and she said not busy, come now. Should have known better, but I wasn't in a hurry, so I went. A lady got me soaking, never spoke to me. Then after about 10 minutes, another woman comes out from the back conducting business and scheduling on her Bluetooth while she starts the pedicure. Turns out it was Van, she was rude and abrupt and I had to ask her name. She must be the owner because the other people working there seemed quite intimidated by her. Why on earth would you cut yourself that close then act resentful towards the customer? Since this was at the end of the day I thought the chance of her not being that busy were legit. Also, I asked that she remove a little more rough skin on the outside of my big toe, and she said that will cost you $5 more. Okay, must be all you get for the $35 pedicure.
This was a week ago. My cuticles barely look like they were touched and I have no nails, so she didn't even have to polish them. For some reason she was resentful right from the get-go. I would never go back and I would never recommend the place to anyone. So after 17 months I walked into a very stressful situation, but still tipped her. Really thankful I had cash. I didn't want her to have my name or credit card number, It felt that uncomfortable. This is the first review I've ever written here, and it gives me no pleasure.
