Very unprofessional like. I got a full set she cut me with the drill 5 times and didn’t even apologize. Tried to talk me into gel polish many times for $10 more. I asked her to cut them down more and she told me no. I got them done earlier today and 3 of my nails are already chipped. The paint job really wasn’t good either. She touched the fan to my nail and tried to say I done it and she wasn’t gonna fix it. My mom also got her nails done but she just wanted them painted. They cut her nails off tried to put fake nails on her and they got really rude with her. My mom told them no the whole time but there poor English they didn’t understand what she was saying. Needless to say out a lot of money and very unhappy.

I went for the first time for Acrylic Nails and boy was that a mistake!!! They were put on way to wide for my nail bed and extremely heavy! Went back in 2 1/2 weeks for fill in, and new tech said your nails are too wide who did this! Went back for third visit and noticed a nice green spot growing under one of my nails. The shop owner claimed I had been working in the yard. I replied NO, she laughed and said oh just put vicks vapor rub on it! They immediately started to clean all around me and took all the nail instruments to soak in alcohol. Never noticed them doing this before or after any other visit. Clearly I had nail fungus and I got it AT THEIR SALON! Even had to pay to have them soaked off. Unclean, unprofessional, unapologetic for my nail fungus. Please don't go here, you will regret it!

Negative Star Option Needed!!
They give a good pedicure, however do not expect your hands to look as grate as your feet! My favorite part of my horrible visit at chic nails was when the manager forgot how to speak English when I came to her with my problem. neither the lady nor the manager wanted to fix my nails ( I get just the tips polished and they left a mess under the tip then finished it off with the clear coat" all they could say was "OH"... then ask me how I wanted to pay... I usually leave a $10-$20 tip to who ever works on my nails but with no one willing to fix their poor work on my nails that was clear to see, I didn't leave anything nor will I be back, not even for a pedicure. I spend about $350.00 a month in a nail shop and I'm not picky. They just lost a good returning customer. I will not recommend going here unless you just want to waste your money and time.

Please don't waste your time and money !!!! Worst experience ever !!!!!! They wasn't even on time ! I was the 1st customer there and it still took them almost 3 hours to get finish with me ! RUSHED ME TO PAY !!!!!!! after she told me to let my toes dry and when I get ready i can check out. My toes wasn't dry On top of that charged me $15 for to polish my 5 year old toes and nails ! Their over priced and not even all THAT!!!!!!!!!! Their work is horrible, very !!!!!!!! She also was talking about me in her language because she got mad because she messed my toe polish up trying to put my slides on talking about she told me not to move! Im so pissed i started not to pay what a waste of $76 !!!!!!!!!!!!! when i say that was the 1st and LAST TIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! please stay away from them !!!!!!

The staff is unprofessional and rude!!! They do not care what your nails look like when you leave as long as they are getting paid.. They will talk about you the whole time if you point out that somthing is wrong. I will NEVER be back there again. It's a waste of money and time.
