I took my license that they said they needed for my application to make a Copy, they didn't give it back. I tried to call them. I went over there, they are never in the office when I talk to them the next day after they kept my license I told them to mail it to my daughter's address because I didn't have a permanent address they threw a fit about doing it, but police said they could. It has now been almost 4 months and I still haven't received my driver's license. I'm fixing to call the police again and have them meet me over there to find out why they will not give me my license back. When you call their voicemail is always full. They tell you to fill an E-mail card they have on line and will get right back to you. Instead they're ignorming me, constantly, not returning my drivers license back
to me. I have called the police, they tell me it's illegal for them to keep it. That if I told them to mail it somewhere they are required by law to mail it where I told them. I5y drivers lisence
Back, ve nd I would of been happy to pick it up at convenience. escalated this way out of control.

The office is never open when it's supposed to be and even though we payed our bills our water is just off today and no one is at the office to fix it. Would I guse I just don't have water today in the Texas summer heat.

This place is the worst!! The office management tricks you into thinking at first that things will be all good, but they will increase the rent all the time and they will come up with random ways to make money off of us. For example they will no longer let us have more than two cars but they use to for the past 4 years and now they wont because they have no other way to make money so they are coming up with ridiculous ways to trick us into paying them more. they are making us park the extra cars far away from home into a dark area, this neighborhood has had a whole lot of robberies and parking our cars further away from us will just increase the chances of that happening.

This neighborhood is not acceptable! the office management is full of lies and only want to take money from us. They won’t let you have more than 2 cars, they don’t have street lights and there has been a lot of robberies here. They are making us take our cars and park them far away from our view where they can easily be taken or broken in. If you are thinking of moving into this neighborhood don’t do it they hide information from you when convincing you to move in and they will constantly raise the rent. They also promise you changes but they never commit to them, or they come up with unreasonable changes that do nothing to better things.
