May 17th was my sons first appointment with this office. I waited for one hour with my son being the only one in the waiting room to be seen the entire time. My appointment was at 9. I finally went to the front desk at 10 to ask if his therapist was even there and they proceeded to let me know the wait was so long due to a late 8 o'clock appointment. Not to mention I kept being told the entire hour of waiting that it would only be a few more minutes. The staff were nice and apologized. I still haven't received a call from the office about rescheduling and it has been a few days. The professional thing to have done was the doctor call and apologize to me as well. I specifically asked them how long the entire appointment would be a month prior to making the appointment so I knew with my busy schedule just what day would be right to schedule my son to be seen. I live a hour away from the office so not only a waste of time but also a waste of gas. I will not be coming back. Their policy states if you miss a session without notifying them then you're responsible for 50% of the session fee, wouldn't it be nice to have a refund for half the gas I wasted riding there and back not being seen. Be prepared for a long wait. I will not reschedule.

Avoid this agency. Very unprofessional, disorganized and unresponsive to the needs of clients. Primary concern is pure financial gain.

Excellent experience ! They go out of their way to help their patients. The are professional and and very knowledgeable. Their office is comforting.

2 months later and my family is still awaiting the results of my son’s report. I would not recommend it his place to any family with young kids needing help. Their office is disorganized. Consequently, we have wasted our time and money with these unprofessionals.
