The staff at Paragon is professional and courteous, and prices are decent ($35 for a haircut). Asked the stylist for an inverted bob, and haircut turned out less than satisfactory. I spoke with the manager, and she offered to let another stylist fix my haircut. Still didn't turn out as an inverted bob, though...Management and the other stylist were nice enough, and other clients seemed very happy.
It is a clean establishment.

I had my hair colored and cut by Jenn. The service was great and it wasnt over priced. Jenn did a terrific job and did exactly what I asked. I also had a full set, pedi, and eye brow and lip wax from Jan and Kim every service was superb. I love the staff, prices and outcome of every service I receive there :)

Terrible. Watch out for this place. I went for the first time after seeing all of the excellent reviews. I am pretty careful about going to a place unless I see others recommend it. Boy was everyone wrong with this one.
First of all it was dirty and unprofessional. I went in the middle of a day on a Saturday and I was their only client. Warning sign, I should have walked out. I am not a snob by any means but there were snacks on the hair stylists table and papers and had no space for any hair supplies. When she washed my hair she left it dripping wet all down my face.
She then went on to give me a terrible hair cut. I convinced her to recut it three times before I just gave up and said it looked fine. When I got home I realized she had missed complete sections in the back. I have short hair and when you leave random parts uncut in the back it looks terrible. I had pieces around behind my ear an inch longer than the rest. And then when she put gel at the end she pushed my face getting the sticky stuff all on my cheek. She never even noticed.
I had to get it completely recut by someone else and kept receiving comments on how bad the original job had been.
Just watch out before you choose this salon.

I went from a dirty blonde to platinum blonde with Lavender and mint green high lights. I love, love, LOVE my hair! Lindsay did an amazing job! Janet is the owner and she is very kind and professional! Will be going back real soon!

I came here last Saturday for an appointment with Kim to get Ombre haircolor and I can't begin to tell you how AWESOME she is! She did a fantastic job and was very friendly and anwsered all the questions and concerns that I had. My hair came out FABULOUS! We even talked about what I wanted to do at my next appointment! I will definitley be back! Not only was Kim AWESOME but the Owner Janet was fantastic too. Kim was a little behind on her appointments and Janet called to let me know that before my scheduled appointment. So I came in early and had my eyebrows waxed with Janney while I waited for Kim! Janney also did a great job listening to how I wanted them done..and did them exactly as I wanted plus even did a temple massage! Very courteous and professional ladies! Absolutely love this place! Great prices as well! :o)
