Worse place ever. You know how they talk about don't judge a book by its cover. This has a shiny cover but a nasty inside. If you don't believe me go visit the family bathroom in the furniture departments. I should have take a picture of the flies let alone the urine smell is disgusting. Nothing in there was clean. I'm glad I don't leave home without Clorox wipes. That was disgusting. IF and I mean IF I ever consider stepping foot into that store I'll take pictures but I was trying to get out very quick and didn't think to take any. I shudder for any parent going in there to change their child.

I like the Springfield Macy's location... I frequent this location often. Have had more good experiences than bad. Good inventory/selection on suits/professional dresses

Very friendly sales associate in the furniture department. Great prices over Labor Day weekend. Store is clean and bright. My experience was superb.

I went to this Macy's about a week ago to hopefully exchange and I am of clothing that started to do Sinha great after a few washes. The manager told me that no matter if I had the receipt they would not be over to help me. I've gotten any of things from the store and Macy's in general but I'm no longer interested in shopping their face on the quality of product that I've been getting lately. The quality has definitely gone downhill. The manager told me because it's spandex you can't watch it certain kinds of ways and I told her that everything I'm wearing has panicked in it on me from different stores and doesn't have the same problem. I was wearing a pair of jeans from JCPenney and a hoodie from REI. Both of these I've had for a year plus and I didn't have any issue watching them. I will no longer be giving Macy's my business based on the lack of help and the rude attitude that I received from the store manager.

Decent selection of clothes but bad customer service. Can't a man try a couple shirts on before he buys them? I got yelled at buy some grumpy old dude because I tried on 4 shirts. Bought 3 of em, pal. Yes, I know my size but every shirt fits different and I'm spending good money in there. Now do what you're paid to do and fold them, and stop bitching about it or get another job.
