My mother in law bought me a $50 gift certificate to get my nails done for my wedding. I called for a week trying to get an appointment so I went in for a walk in and they were GONE! What a joke of a business !! Wish I could get the money for my gift certificate back !!!

Horrible customer service! The lady who did my nails was super rude and was in such a hurry to get done even though she had no one else to attend! My mom, my sister, and I got acrylic nails and pedicures and she made us pay before the work was done even though the rest of the people where paying till the end!!! The pedicures where bad and my nails came out bad too! Do not get your nails done here it's the worst place to go to!!!! It's too bad I can't give this place a zero out of 5!!😡

Horrible service! The guy stopped doing my pedicure several times to go fold towels or restock. Overcharged me, charged me for gel polish when I had regular polish. Would not recommend.

Got a full set done here a month ago and had to go right back in for a touch up, the guy that did them was careless and rough and did the worse job I have ever had done. I went in for a fill a little over a week ago and I prefer the French tip and could see a fill line which isn't supposed to happen. I just got the nails off and my natural nails are screwed. I have places near the nail bed that are torn almost to the skin underneath.

This place is AWFUL!! I read reviews on this place and was reluctant to go. (But the other places that I wanted to try were closed for some reason) I am new to Casper and seriously needed a new set!
I walked in and the first thing that they said to me was "What do you need?" sorry, but that is not a way to greet a customer..
They talked in a different language the whole time and it was honestly REALLY rude and annoying. Other places in Cheyenne that I went to were very friendly, actually talked to me, were efficient, AND did a wonderful job.
Also, they could not understand a word I said to them, and they were not gentle at all with my hands and nails.
In the middle of doing my nails, 3 other customers came in, and another person (hopefully an employee) started working on my free hand.. I dont appreciate the rush!
There were no licences anywhere in the place that I could see... very sketchy!!
The final product looks okay, but she cut my nails so short that they are sore and very tender!
NEVER NEVER NEVER waste your time going here!! Wait and go to a place that will satisfy you!!! I know I wont be back.
