Carl at the front desk has amazing energy and we talked about his amazing artwork as I waited. Overall he definitely made me feel at home when I came in. The shop was nice and professional the whole time. I’m gonna definitely recommend to others.

They only have like 2 nail artist who actually know what they are doing, the rest of the girls are kind but are very inexperienced so you might as well paint your nails yourself honestly. They leave polish on the cuticles that they don't shape/remove properly. They aren't able to accommodate you if you change your mind between booking and actually arrive for your service. I would consider myself and easy going person, but my experience today led me to decide I will not be returning and I cancelled my recurring appointments.

I had a great experience at both locations. Carl at the Woodward location went above and beyond to make sure my experience was amazing. I will be signing up for the monthly payment plan service and keep a standing appointment for all of the services that I want.Clarke the esthetician was phenomenal and professional. I have found my one stop beauty spot!

The atmosphere at the Ten is nice. Everyone is friendly and you are offered a beverage during your service. I was just disappointed with the final results of manicure and pedicure. My appointment was booked for 2 hours, but I was finished with both the mani and pedicure within an hour. I felt my experience was rushed, I didn't receive a thorough foot massage. My manicure was rushed and the shellac didn't cure all of the way on my thumb. The whole application was a little lumpy. I want to support, so I will try the downtown location.
