Absolutely, love it here! Made the switch here 10 years ago when my favorite stylist(Kat) joined L&L. So glad I followed her. Since that time, I have had other stylist (Amanda & Sheri) cut and color my hair, always have been happy! Love that there is so many other services that L&L offers, I highly suggest letting Kathy wax your eyebrows or even do a facial. They are amazing with doing kid cuts too, we brought in our 5 year old daughter and not only were we extremely pleased, but our daughter loved the whole experience!

I was at Lords and Ladies less than a week ago. I was having a special spa day. Almost a week later I am regretting my experience and all the money I dropped. Everyone has off days but my friend who is a stylist concurred that my haircut is so bad I'll have to wait until it grows out to fix it. She also suggested I just cut my losses and go somewhere else. This wasn't the only service I got either. The staff is very nice though. But one bad cut usually sends me somewhere else sorry L and L!

They do a great job. Just make sure that if you go there for the hair cut special during the week that you specify. Only certain stylists are eligible for doing so.

Really nice spa in Exeter! Very clean location with friendly people. When I arrived for my appointment, my person was ready for me. I didn’t have to sit around past my appointment time.

Friendly staff. Horrible Cut. Didn't realize Till i tried to straighten my Hair. One Side is at least One inch Shorter Than then other. I was denied a re-cut. I was told it was Ober 2 weeks. Today is 8-18 saturday. My appointment was Sunday 8-6.
