I come here often because its near my house, 2 mins away. I have just been back there for nails repair I did last Sunday, my sheelac peeling off, this is the third time in a row having this issue. I usually go back and affected nails are fixed right away, but this isn’t something I wanna do often as my time is precious, sometimes I don’t even get a chance to stop by to get them fixed.
Today 5/20/18 !! The time was 5:10 I know they close at 7 but the “open” light was off but I could see there was customers inside. I opened the door and asked if they could fix my nails, an older lady walks towards the door, one of them at one of the stations asks if I can come tomorrow, which is Monday. I’m like no I work during the week, the older lady with a crossbody bag ready to leave, says “see you tomorrow maam” Im looking at her like did you not get what I just said. I repeat “I work tomorrow and I can’t go to work with nails like this, it is 5 and you close at 7 someone better start on my nails” then that did it, because she took off the bag and started on my nails.
As I’m looking around, the guy that runs this place wasn’t there, so are other ladies l know here, hence this kind of unprofessional attitude. So she fixed the 3 nails, I asked her if those that looked like they were starting to peel off would be fixed, she ignored me or could not get understand English. I let it go and I have decided to just go somewhere else. This place was awesome, they were excellent, they would put my nails in a bowl with warm water, clean my cuticles and so on. Now I’ve been leaving with my nails all dirty, hands covered in dust, when you mention something to them they pretend to not understand a word you say. Or she rudely speak to another in Vietnamese, if you run a business in an English speaking country you speak English, a common language understood by many. The service had gone from excellent to poor, drink isn’t offered anymore, soo Im very picky and avoid situations like this if I’m spending my hard earned $$$

I wasn't going to leave a review at all until I found myself coming back a second time after less than 24 hours! 1st day, the atmosphere was pretty good. I was greeted by a man and was taken to station 4 by another person. She had me playing musical stations, as she could not make up her mind of where she wanted me to sit. I ONLY came in for a nail repair on ONE nail! The nail tech did not put glue on the nail or any type of antifungal, etc. before attempting to repair it. She immediatly started with drill causing more pain to my nail! She then put a clear solution on top of my nail which I thought would be some antigungal to prevent infection of any sort, before getting started. No! It was acetone!!! It burned like crazy. Long story short: she added acrylic, filed and polished the nail and didn't attempt to fix the polish that was on my SKIN after painting it.
Less than 2 hours the nail cracked. (In my opinion had been filed too low causing it to become weak). I came back today to have them fix it and the man gave me an attitude. He treated me differently than anyone else that walked in. I am here because of a lousy job the woman did and you're mad!? I am a customer and pay just like everyone else, but because I am not paying u AGAIN (for a bad job) you have an attitude. You need to look up the definition of customer service! I will NOT be back unless it's to train you on how to treat people. I will now go to Phoenix nails. They do a better job for less $$.

Love their services. The salon is very clean. Annie is the best , she takes her time and does wonderful job

I am very happy with this location. Excellent service, excellent quality, and they always pay attention to detail. After moving to Cyprus I went to several nail salons in the area before finding Lotus, and will be sticking with them.

What a wonderful place, they are very professional. Salon is very clean, everyone is very friendly. Annie is the best
