I have gone to many nail salons and never have I experienced one like this. I am also not one to go and leave a bad review because I rather just not go back again. But after my bad experience I felt the need and courage to. The key factor that made me upset and left not ever wanting to go back was that the whole experience was painful!!! I was bleeding because of how rough the man was being. Even after realizing I was bleeding he continuously went over the same spot over and over again!! At one point I pulled my hand away because I was in pain and he didn’t even ask if I was okay but I exclaimed that it was hurting but he proceeded to not change anything. It wasn’t one bit calming or relaxing. Getting my nails done is something I always do and I normally use the same salon and same lady but I recently moved so was trying out a new place since being in Temple, and I’m still upset over the process because I know a good nail salon and am always excited to get them done but after this experience I’m scared to try out new salons. I wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anyone just by how much I paid for an okay but painful job done. I left with cuts, sensitive nails, and still bleeding. I hope this management will see this and reevaluate their work and decide to make a difference.

This was my first time using this nail salon and I absolutely love my nails. Tracie was very nice. I could tell she was a perfectionist because she went back over her work several times to make sure it was up to par. She even gave me a hand, arm, and shoulder massage afterwards. I felt she went above and beyond. She is now my new nail tech!

I was sad that I had to move out of state and wouldn't be getting my nails done here anymore. Great staff, sterilized equipment.

I've been coming here for years and I love it. The nail techs are very talented.

Eyzofgreen is probably not very truthful or accurate. She seems hypercritical. I would take her post with a grain of salt.. I had the best experience and I will most certainly be going back... I received a massage, offered wine, cared for.. Kim is amazing!!!
