This salon is a little small, but my daughter and I got there at a perfect time to get pedicures. The staff was friendly and seemed to be planning a remodel as they are under new management. Both my and my daughters pedicures came out nice, very relaxing. My pedicure lasted almost a month! Very pleased with our experience here. The only issue we had was with the price, the list said one thing and the tech charged me 5$ more. Other than that- great experience and we will be in to see the remodel!

Quaint little nail salon, had a variety of services to offer but customer service is very poor. First time there, my acrylic nails were lifting after only 4 days (which never happens in all the times I have had my nails done) and when I went back in to have them fixed, the lady automatically had an attitude and refused fixing mg nails bc she wasn't the tech that did them therefore it was not her problem and we had to wait 4 more days for the original nail tech to have an open appointment. After having some words with the lady who was speaking poorly to me, she finally let me come in and get my nails redone. But even during this process, still recieved attitude and they were very quick to get me out the door.
It is a cute place, but I wish they had better customer service and communication.

I have been going to Aqua Nail Spa for years and sadly, the customer service has dropped significantly over the last few months. The last straw was when they scorched my skin duirng an eyebrow waxing, so bad that I had visible scabbing for a week or so. Also, instead of telling me it would be a long wait, they had me sit in a pedicure chair with my feet in cold water for about 20 - 30 mins before I got angry enough to tell them either they take care of me now or I am out of here. I hope others note my warning and go somewhere else.

Let's start by saying I have been getting my nails done since I was 15...I am 50 now which tells you I've had them done ALOT and at different establishments from east to west coast.
This was by FAR the ONLY nail salon I have encountered that I felt pissed off when I left.
They were extremely unwelcoming from the time my daughter and I walked in the door and continued until we left with the parting quote being "your nails look awful, we fix them".
CINDY...the apparant manager there, who was also the one doing my nails was the MOST rude, ratched, unhappy, smart mouthed piece of crap I've had to deal with since my 20's in a bar scene.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE....with a shop on every corner and no monopoly...I suggest you go elsewhere where they will appreciate your business.

This is the absolute worst nail salon I've been to in a while. I spent approx 20 minutes for the manicurist to NOT remove cuticle from my nails. Water is no substitute for cuticle softener. I finally got so tired of him re-wetting and looking at my nails, that I just paid and walked out. Buffing down the nailbed is not a substitute for manicure. Didn't want to cause a scene, so $15 lesson learned!! They've got a great scam going!
