I've been to this place twice and both times been disappointed. The first time, I went in as a walk in and wanted a simple hair cut and I got denied service due to not enough time. (Which there was plenty of time.) Today, I made an appointment and the person left before my appointment, so again no hair cut! I'll never go back to this place! I'll take my services else where. It may be a cute place, but it means nothing when you can't get services.

Latte does my hair, he is an absolute miracle worker at what he does, plus he's fun and really listens to what you want and delivers every time!

I had went to Danielle for several months because my friend that had been going to her since she was in elementary school referred me. Let me say her hair ALWAYS LOOKS GORGEOUS. When I first started going to Tangles I absolutely loved it! My hair always looked amazing! Best that it ever looked. I’ll admit I have issues with normally being on time. Also I drove an hour & a half to the salon so sometimes id be 5-10 minutes late. Anyone Blonde that gets her hair done by a professional especially one like me that had been getting my hair done by a stylist for 10-13 years at that point knows that you can NOT DYE someone’s hair that has naturally brown hair blonde. I’m not talking highlights that’s what I do but full blown dye my entire HEAD!! That’s a big no no because when you’re roots start growing it looks ten times as bad and looks like a box color. One appointment I told her I wanted the same as me usual which was highlights and without my permission DYED MY ENTIRE HEAD BLONDE! It looked awful I cried for a week on how bad my hair looked. She wouldn’t help fix it either. I paid $100 for my hair ruined. After that to get my hair back to normal not to mention how fried it was after that I had to have my old hair dresser dye my hair brown wait a bit and go back to blonde to fix my hair. I was so disappointed. I just want everyone to know.

Went there this afternoon to get hair cut and color. I had an appointment with Brittany
I love this color matches my natural perfect. I also like the way she cut my hair. I know it's hard to cut a person hair the first time but I think she done a really good job for the way I like to wear mine. Brittany is so sweet she also does make up.
