I have been getting my nails dont from this establishment for years and there’s a good reason. It’s because they are simply the best in the area. I go to Lucy every 2 to 3 weeks for a gel manicure and some wacky designs and May for my pedicures. Some employees have questionable skills and customer service but these too lady’s are absolutely amazing 🤩.

Worst place I have ever gone, new manager and staff. (Since last I went, last year) Didn’t know what they were doing and did a terrible job. I will never go back again. Acrylic nails removal soak off & Gel pedicure. Terrible removal and rushed as well as when asked girl doing my nails and feet( not properly done either) the price she wasn’t sure and said one price but when I paid it was another. Manager was all over the place causing a scene when I said something and the other staff wanted to to talk like I’m a third person not there. WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!!

They are wonderful and prices are reasonable. Only thing is they only take CASH.

These women really do not have any nail technician skills. Their work is mediocre tips look horrible

Nails always look so unnatural
I think women go there because they don't know any better..

I love Classic Nails, when the right manager is present.. in the time I've been coming back (I also frequented their East Tremont location), I've enjoyed going because it was handled correctly regarding when customers enter, how they're treated. Today? I had a completely different experience. The place we running chaotic, alot of conveyor belt motion (making guest move from one attendant to another), then I landed with Rosa (3rd move). Horrible. Her customer service skills are vacant honestly. She was in her phone the ENTIRE time, popped a few Skittles, and then decided to change my color at her own will because she couldn't find the actual color I chose (true story). When I asked to look at the color chart she started an actual back and forth debate with me about there being no difference between yellow and orange - again, you can't make this up. My solution - Never again with her. Everrrrrrrrr.
