French tips were crooked and not fully covering the real nail. Refused to repair. Said nails were too long. They speak fluent English especially when it is time to pay but does not hold conversation with customer. I like to talk especially if I sit over an hour. Also I noticed that only positive reviews received a response.

I'm disgusted with this place! I used to come here regularly a few years ago, so when I decided to get and keep acrylics again I decided to go back. I don't know what happened between then and now but I'm appalled. The first set I got was great. I went for two more fills ins. The last time I went I was disappointed with how my nails turned out. The acrylic was way too thick. It looked like I had jelly beans on my fingers, not to mention how clumpy it was on a few nails. After two weeks I decided to try a different nail salon for a fill in. Upon filing down my nails the technician at the new place noticed some discoloration under a few nails. Upon removing the acrylic we discovered a disgusting amount of fungus under the acrylic on my real nail. When I asked the tech how that happened he said that whoever did my nails did not use a clean brush and was using dirty acrylic liquid. He said there was an air pocket under the acrylic and it allowed the bacteria to harvest and create a fungus. I am so angry and disgusted with CoCo nails. I will NEVER return and will NEVER recommend this place to another person ever.

I always come to this salon and I absolutely love it! Nobody has ever been rude to me here. The wait times can be a little long because of their popularity but it’s worth it! Went to a competitor today because they had a two hour wait.... really regret it. Will always come here.
