I came in with some old press on nails, wanting to get an acrylic set. The nail technician who saw me was annoyed to see that I had press on nails, and was in such a hurry to take them off that she ripped off a part of one of my nails. She then proceeded to dip a cotton swab in acetone and press it DIRECTLY on my nail. It hurt so much I teared up. She would have kept continuing on like she didn’t just rip a piece of my nail if I hadn’t gotten up. When I started to leave, the manager attempted to salvage the situation by offering to do acrylics for free the same day or the next. When I later called to see about fixing my nails, he changed his mind and instead offered to them for less than half off.

I really wanted to give this place a five star but my most recent visit (9/20/21) my review has gone to one star. On my first visit I had a wonderful experience, my first ever time get acrylic nails, the lady that did them was wonderful and they lasted longer than she had said.
My recent visit however, was horrible. The woman I got who's name she did not say, did not clip my natural nail, when filing my acrylic she had to go over with glue three more times on multiple nails. She took a long time when it came to filing even longer than even I think was needed. When she went onto the acrylic gel she put what I thought was an excessive amount and took a long time on each nail. When she finally got to the nail polish for what I wanted everything seemed normal (matte black and dark red aumbry)
When I got home though, that's when I noticed that the polish was not sticking to the nail. I went to wash my hands and the water started to peel the nail polish back, this happened to three nails all of which were bending, which from my previous experience it should not happen. During my shower I used my conditioner and noticed said three nails were now coming off. I was horrified as I spend 55 dollars giving the girl a 10 dollar tip. I spent extra time in the hot water watching as my 55 DOLLARS nails were coming off as if they were press on nails I get from WALLGREENS!!!
As I said I really wanted to give this place a five star as my mom and aunt come here. I will be taking my business else where from now on and so will they.

Today 04/10/2021, I went to have my nails filled, I was the first to arrive because they had just opened and they told me to sit on the couch. Then another person arrives and they are seated with a person for the service, which was the same thing that I had come to do to myself. I thought how weird. Then another person of mine comes in and without an app too, and they sit her down for service, which was the same as mine, filled out. There was one more girl left and I thought, that is going to attend to me, but a third person entered and made her sit down. There I got up, and left. The clerk followed me to the parking lot and I told her. The truth is a total lack of respect for my peraona. The truth has never happened to me like this. They don't deserve 5 stars. And I gave them 1 because they don't even deserve that.

Do not waste your time coming to this business. They do not respect your value of time. I made an appointment and they were over 40 minutes late and didn't apologize or anything. I've been coming here for years but they have officially lost a customer. Zero stars

Clean and professional great job and my nails always stay on and that picture is after my pedicure and before my fill is done it's been two and a half weeks
