This is the ONLY good nail salon in Brickell! It is clean, the staff is professional, and they have the largest selection of polishes / gel polishes I have ever seen. I highly recommend asking for Olga, she is fabulous, very nice, she genuinely cares about her customers nails, and is very talented with nail designs. I had some fungus issues with my acrylic nails and she is working with me to fix the problem and put in so much extra time on my nails that other technicians wouldn't at other salons. The only reason I deducted 1 star is because the salon is pretty pricey and there is a lack of parking. I pay about $14 extra at this salon for an acrylic fill compared to what I have paid at other salons in Miami, but my experience is so much better here that it is worth the extra money!

Do not think that because this nail salon is fairly new and conveniently located that your $39+ gel manicure will outlast the next 6 days. Tuesday I got a gel manicure (which was overpriced, but I didn't mind as long as it was done well). Monday the entire nail peeled off, so the next day I returned and asked for the nail to be fixed (so exactly one week later), and I was told that I would have to pay $5. All the other nails are in pretty good condition, but this one was not done properly and started to peel off at the edge.
Reasoning with the associate did nothing, and even having her speak to the owner, Lee, resulted in me having to pay $5 for poor service I received the first time. So essentially what I took from the experience is that the salon owner would prefer to have $5 over my business and the reputation of her business. It's a convenient location, so it's a shame, but I will never return and suggest you spend your money at another local salon that values their customers.
PS. This is especially infuriating since the entire time I was getting my nails done, the tech who was working with the girl next to me was constantly stressing how each nail has to be PERFECT because the girl's boyfriend is super picky. I guess I need to get my boyfriend more invested in my manicures so they can be done correctly.

Took all 3 of us at the same time, very reasonable and staff was very friendly.

The best nail salon downtown! Highly recommend Gredell she takes her time and does an excellent job! Very clean and well maintained

The worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Firstly, the technician could not communicate with me effectively. Secondly, she placed my feet in freezing cold water and did not do anything about it until complained three times (maybe the language barrier). Thirdly, I’m not sure how one can perform a men’s pedicure in 7 minutes with little to no product or effort. I feel cheated out of my $29. Management was not sympathetic. Don’t waste your time!
