The place is clean and the staff is pleasant. I enjoyed my visit. The nail technician was good. This was my second visit. I had gone previously to see if I wanted to try them on something more detailed.
My reason for not giving a "5" star review is that I had a specific design I wanted and the technician didn't want to do it. It wasn't hard, just time consuming. I finally got her to do the design I wanted on one finger of each hand. But that isn't what I wanted. I need them to "pop" and with only one finger they look plain. They look nice for every day, but I am competing in a dance competition and need them to shine and stand out.
I was willing to pay extra, and said so. I'm not mentioning the technicians name because I don't want to get them in trouble.

I've been coming to Lavish since they opened and won't go anywhere else! Gwen is a fantastic nail tech, so friendly, and always gives exactly what I need! Hailey did the best gel pedicure I've had in years! Thank you Lavish!!

Gwen is my go to nail tech and lash lady. she never let me down when it comes to services and she makes the salon feel warm and welcoming. A great experience every time

Went to try this place out. The nail tech rushed on my toes it looked like my three year old niece did them. My nail cracked a few days later and the ones that didn't i found myself buying glue to put them back on. Not sure what the rush was because it was just myself and one other person in there. I paid over $100 for a mess.

The staff was very friendly, but both of my nail techs rushed while doing my nails! I’m not sure why because the shop was basically empty. One of the nail techs seem to have caught an attitude when I showed her the mistakes. The gel polish is very lumpy and the acrylic is super thick! Very poor job! Nail tech also snatched up receipt when she saw that I didn’t leave a tip. Unprofessional, would not recommend.
