I’m not usually a picky person and this was only the 3rd time I’ve ever gotten my nails done, but I regret going to this place. Just not worth the money. Awkward environment. My boyfriend and I went in together to try something new and my lady got up in the middle of the service to go and do someone’s pedicure. Super unprofessional. So his lady had to keep going back and forth between us and she totally skimped on the arm massage. No hand massage either. After they were done they put our nails under a dryer and walked away, didn’t tell us when we would be done and never came to get us. So we turned it off ourselves assuming we could leave and it was done. How disappointing. She did a really nice job on our basic manicure, but never going back.

Brandon is amazing! Did exactly what I wanted! He is super personable and fun. The shop itself is very nice and clean. Everyone who works there seems very friendly. Will definitely be going back.

My full set acrylic didn't set right the first time. One ended up braking an hour after I got home and they were all separating from my actual nails on the underside. I made an appointment for the next day and they were very willing to correct the mistake. It was either the owner or manager, I didn't get her name, who told me they would redo them. She was great! Dee is the one to see when you come here! She redid my nails and it was obvious that she cared to make it right and that she knew what she was doing. I will be back.

The nail shop is kept very clean and they are a full service nail salon. They will also be glad to help find the type of nail that works best for you.

I used to previously come here and when my mail tech left they were my back up plan. Not anymore!! I specifically asked for someone familiar with nexgen and she left my nails looking horrible and full of bubbles. Shame on you!! Service has gone down so much!!!
