I've been coming to this salon regularly for years. Always tipped well. Told my friends and family about it. Sadly, over time it seems that the owners simply stopped caring about their customers. I went in a few days ago, and they didn't even look up, say hi, or anything at all. I picked my color, signed in, and sat down. Still not a word. I ended up walking out. Maybe I was extra sensitive because I had an ingrown toenail and it hurt, and needed some TLC. Regardless, very disappointed.

They Have Very Poor Customer Service... Got Manicure And 2 Pedis And My Partner Didn’t Like The Pedi My Pedi Was Good My Mani Was Horrible I Asked For Coffin Style And Got Nothing Close To It And They Made Nails Tooooo Long And Too Expensive

Absolutely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Took my daughter for her first mani pedi and the whole staff was rude except the daughter. She was great. The lady that done my nails cut just about every cuticle. Even when I continuously said ow! She was in such a rush she went through the coats so fast she smeared my design and did not fix it. Then had me move and made me pick up all my stuff so my nails messed up. The owner lady got mad and then even charged me extra to fix it. Not only that I have dried glue absolutely everywhere from where she was rushing to put the acrylics on, my fingers are glued to my nails. I will not be back to that horrible place. Now I have to go pay even more to have someone else fix their mistakes. I feel terrible for taking my daughter there for her first time.

My Daughter's and I had pedicures today everyone did a great job and we are very happy with the service!!

After going to several nail salons...I was fortunate to find Classy Nails!
Very kind managers and Tim is excellent! The salon is always clean and no matter how busy they are they are gracious and polite to everyone ...And they remember your name!
