This place shouldn't even exist. The "manager" has a poor "doesn't give two craps about you, I just want your money" attitude, The owner is an airhead and doesn't seem to do anything other than talk about how miserable she is about not having any money. Maybe if they focused on bettering their customer experience instead of being stuck up a-holes they would make more money. It's ridiculous to go spend $29 for ONE matrix session just to see some of the bulbs burnt out. No one warns you either! The ONLY part about this place that is good is the Hair salon inside. But guess what!? It has nothing to do with Glow! She just rents part of the building. These people should be shut down for poor customer service and not maintaining their equipment, but yet still charging outrageous prices to use the equipment!

Got lucky and went to Kim the first year I moved to Milwaukee in 2010. Have been going ever since. Kim and Kristen are hilarious and make you feel welcome. Cute atmosphere. Extremely clean. It's an experience -- much more than going somewhere for a service, which is how I've always felt at other salons. I will miss this place when I move out of state in a few days!

I have been a customer of Kim for over 17 years.. I think that pretty much says it all. I stay her customer because she cares about her customers and her business. Unlike many tanning salons Kim maintains her equipment replacing lamps earlier than many salons. I swore I could never get a tan but Kim convinced me to try the Matrix and for the first time in my life I had a tan for a vacation to Las Vegas. I tried because I trusted Kim and knew she would not just sell me on a service that would not work for the sake of the sale. She and her staff are professional, friendly and caring. ANYONE who wants to be treated as if they matter should give Glow a try.

I had won a gift card so I figured I should give them a try. I am sooo glad I did!! Now I won't go anywhere else. Everyone was friendly and very helpfull and the young lady that does my nails is absolutely amazing!!
