I been to this nail salon several times. In my opinion, the service was way better pre covid. I understand that businesses have gone through tough moments and continue to do so. Now, this location is mandating 15% tip from customers. They will not hesitate to voice it out loud in front of other customers. Kind of humiliating. Additionally, they talk up other services so you can spend more, therefore, tip more. I wouldn’t have an issue tipping the nail tech 15%, however, when you request a specific service it should be granted. The nail tech did my powder manicure way too thick! She did 3 coats, and I specifically asked for 2 coats. She also used the electric nail filer to file/buff my nails and injured my cuticles. I also told her I prefer a regular nail filer. She ignored me. It’s been 3 weeks and my cuticles are still sore to the touch. I was charged $78 for powder manicure and a rose spa pedicure and and a $12 tip, total of $90 for something that I did not love and with sore cuticles. I had to self treat to avoid getting an infection.
I do not recommend this place and I will not be going back. The picture attached is exactly 3 weeks later, you can see how thick they are.

I have been to this salon a handful of times but this past time I went has deterred me from EVER going back. This new girl was doing my power gel nails. I asked for square and she messed up the shape of a few nails. she was also sanding my nails for an extended period of time. I had to tell her to stop sanding because my nails were bleeding and physically were hurting me. My nails were filed shorter than I wanted. My fingertips also had power residue over them. I have been getting my nails done for years and this is simply unacceptable. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS NAIL SALON!

I did my nails almost 2 weeks ago and they are still good. Love it

DO NOT GO HERE. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, they had a problem with me not tipping them after the service was terrible. DO NOT GO THERE.

Love this place! Always tries to fit me in last minute, friendly, clean and easy to get to!
