I initially had an unfortunate, upsetting experience at Bella Vita.
After the owner realized how upset we were with our experience she went out of her way and went far above and beyond. She personally called me asking what she could do to give me a better experience. She has been incredibly accommodating and had absolutely blown me away with her customer service.
This business is incredibly unique to Miami. Kind and accommodating and their service was all about making sure my experience was pleasant.

I unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience here at this salon. At first, the service was good. However as time went on I noticed a decline. By the end of my appointment some of my nails were messed up and didn't dry properly, therefore I had to go in the next day to get them fixed. The nail technician I had was really good. I enjoyed her service, however and overall, the customer service was not at all what I would've expected for high end salon like this one.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and nice reception and i got a spa-like feeling with the water detail and spaciousness of the place. Throughout the whole experience, I felt like they were really attentive and cared I was there. I can’t complain, I got a great haircut, nice pampering, and a relaxing experience! I will definitely be coming back to get other services done!

I am so happy I found this hidden gem!!!! The place was very clean and organized. The staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about hair color, and the latest hair trends, also willing to accommodate my random schedule. They do whatever it takes to make sure I get all the services I want done in a day. I can't wait to go back!!!!

Samantha blow dry my hair she was awesome when she wash it and fast with the blower. My hair look really shine and beautiful. I love it!!
