My Mom and I visited this place on a few occasions. The first couple of times, the service and quality was average - and there was always only a couple of customers during our time there. This last visit, we waited for 30 minutes in the waiting area, and there were only 4 other customers. We were then sat in the chairs with our feet soaking for another 30 minutes until the water was cold. Both our chairs were broken, and they do not place plastic bags in the basins that you place your feet in. There was no soap in the bathroom, not to mention the unsightly appearance of the dirty counters. I don’t usually post a review for places - but this was just ridiculous! We left after waiting for an hour - with no pedicures, after being told it would be “not long” and the staff did not seem concerned. Most people don’t have time to spend almost 2 hours for a pedicure. Poor customer service & unpleasant environment.

My two daughters and I walked in today (on a Saturday) expecting a wait. We all had a great experience. We were in and out quickly. The employees were fun and laid back. We joked around, instead of just sitting in silence. The nail tech that did our nails really listened to what we wanted done. I was pleasantly surprised of how attentive she was. This was our first experience at this location. We will be back.

The salon is very very dirty and very unsanitary. I had a pedicure performed by one of the owners and it was extremely half ass! Don't be fooled they are moving down the street to the Hobby Lobby shopping center very soon I don't imagine that it will get any better.

Went in On a Saturday they said it would be a 30 minute wait we waited for an hour and 15 minutes people that came in after us went before us. I will never go there again. They are very unfair and I think it was because we were black and everybody else was white. The customer service is terrible when we walked in and they did not say anything and when a white person walked in they said oh hi how can I help you. I also observed them not cleaning up or just disinfecting the foot area after each customer pedicure. This is just an awful place. Next I’m call the health department. Someone is sure to get fungus infections here.

DO NOT GO HERE! Very rude and disrespectful! No quality work at all! Not to mention seem to be very racist towards middle class white women and black women! Never judge a book by its cover! If they don't want to serve you they will act like they're closing early!!!!
